We also appreciate that buying and redeveloping land is a huge financial commitment, hence we are happy to offer free informal advice ahead of any instruction. Planning Applications
Our principal service is the preparation of planning applications, from initial concept sketches through to receipt of planning permission. We take pride in producing high quality drawings and planning statements, having established a distinct Amasia style that provides all the required information while showcasing your proposal with illustrated plans, elevations and street scenes.
To take the stress out of the planning application process, we also serve as your agent by submitting the planning application, liaising with consultants and the Local Planning Authority, responding to neighbours’ objections, speaking at committee meetings where required, and ensuring that any issues that may arise are resolved swiftly.
We prescribe to a proactive approach to planning, which has delivered us a high success rate across a variety of projects for developers and private clients alike. We are also respected by several Local Planning Authorities, including - but certainly not limited to - Guildford, Elmbridge and Mole Valley in Surrey, and Hillingdon in West London. Building Regulations
Our comprehensive working drawings packages accord with the latest guidelines and regulations to secure Building Control approval and bring your proposal to life. We liaise directly with external consultants and engineers throughout the project to produce plans that are detailed, concise, and finished to a high standard.
Many of our clients appoint us to provide working drawings after we have obtained planning permission of their behalf, thereby providing an uninterrupted service. If you have a site benefiting from planning consent obtained by a third party, we will gladly explore how the design can be improved and advise you accordingly.
